Quick copy is a one-off transfer of GridLane grid and board views and permission rules between client accounts. Use it when you need to move a small setup immediately and do not need a versioned, repeatable blueprint.
Before you copy
- Choose a source account with the views or permission rules you want to reuse.
- Choose one or more target accounts.
- Confirm the target does not have conflicting views or rules that you want to preserve.
Copy views and permissions
- Open Quick copy.
- Select the source account.
- Select the target account or accounts.
- Choose whether to include saved views, permissions, or both.
- Choose Copy setup.
- Review the results for each target.
Quick copy does not copy records, objects, fields, or associations. For a repeatable object setup, use a blueprint and rollout.
